bridge “conected” to the internet, but not to the router. how does that make sense?

It is imidiatly in this state as soon as plugin in the power cord.
conecting it to the router will do nothing, not a single reaction.
trying to factory reset will do nothing, too. It wont react in any ways.

defenitly not. as I said, it wont even react. it freezes as soon as plugged into power. third light doesn’t even make sense without the second

In that case, the only thing left to do is to write to Philips directly. They reply fast on twitter and facebook
