Bridge is not connecting.

Hello. I have the new Hue Bridge 2. Since yesterday the Bridge doesn’t want to connent to my router/internet.

I tried to reset it, but this doesn’t work either. The reset just won’t start after pressing the pinhole button for over 10+ seconds.

Everytime I plug it into the mains, the left most LED starts lighting up (not blinking) and the other two LEDs (I think LAN and internet) don’t even start to blink. This stays the same for hours.

I tried different LAN cables and plugging it into a switch or the router directly.

All this happened all of a sudden without playing around with the Bridge.

Does anybody have a solution for my problem? Thank you for your help.

Benjamin

Hey Benjamin. There are various posts on this forum about not being able to connect to the bridge, please check them all to see whether you find something valuable to you.

There is one trick to see whether you really have network issue with the bridge.

I also have this issue, and none of the other threads have solved it. I am connected direct to my router with a working Ethernet cable but (a) only the power light is lit on the hub (v2), and (b) there are no network lights lit on the router when I plug in the hub. I have tested the cable and router port with other devices and get no problems. I clicked the link above and got a page with just [] on it. What next please?
