I picked up a Philips Hue White and Colour Ambiance Wireless Lighting E27 Starter Kit yesterday and set it all up and it’s working all OK.
The Hue app advised me there was an update available for my bulbs, which I started and left it to do what it needs to do (it said it may take up to 1 hour to complete).
Jump forward almost 20 hours and it still says it’s “downloading” and doesn’t appear to have done anything.
The bridge and dimmer switch all updated fine within a minute or so.
Any ideas what’s going on and how to resolve?
