Is my bridge broken.

All of a sudden my lights are staying on, I have no control of the lights through the various switches I have set up. The bridge has the ethernet light and the power light lit but no internet connection. The iPhone app says connected via cloud.

 

Nothing works, my lights have been on for 48 hours now despite there being routines in place, i’m quite happy to start from scratch but I can’t get the bridge to have all three lights working. 

 

I have tried a hard reset.

 

Is the bridge broken.

 

Do I need to delete everything and start again.
