No green on GU10 lights anymore

Hi, when I turn all my lights to green they all do except the GU10 lights. They have worked always, but now the turn yellow instead of green. Someone else got this problem? Anyone knows how to solve this?

Same problem.
I wish we could get some explanation since the original meet hue.com website shows for the GU10 such a picture with some “unreachable” blue and green colors:

I just bought some gu10 bulbs and none of them can do green either. What’s going on?

I got the exact same problem with my GU10s. They simply cannot produce any solid greens or Cyan.. Any update from Philips?

Same problem here. They used to be able to do green just fine before, but now they only turn yellow.

Bulbs are a year old.

Is this a place to get support, does not look like it.

Where can we get support?

Same problem here. After some research it seems like GU10 are just physically NOT able to do deep green or cyan.

@Fete and @Jorisvanstrien are you sure that your GU10 were able to light in deep green ?

I’m having the same problem . I’ve already reset the bridge thinking it was that . But it seems all my gu10s are the same . I guess Philips must have rolled out a bug in last bulb updates.

I was very interested in creating an HUE system (with >11 gu10 lights), but i read so many complaints about the intensity of colors (especially green and cyan). Are there any possibilities for future improvements? The cost is high and the product does not show its limits.

Is this image fake?
