‘Other routine’ stops working after a few days?

Updated on October 29, 2019 in [Troubleshooting]

I’ve set a routine for the outside lights to go on when the sun sets, this worked for months. Now I added another bridge and needed to re-setup everything.

Created the same routine, but after a few days it stops working. When I check it in the app the routine is still there, and enabled, but the name is blank and also all the days are de-selected. Though the scene and room are remembered? Anyone else seeing this? Software and FW is up to date on all devices.

Yes. I have the same. Have you found a solution?  Nothing works for me.

Unfortunately not, but I worked around it by creating 2 triggers, one for sunset and no ending, and another from a fixed time to sunrise.

This looks interesting, been using Yonomi to combine Hue and Sonos, but they have new routines as well. https://www.yonomi.co/blog/2019/9/23/sunrise-sunset-routines-yonomi-app-update?utm_campaign=website&utm_source=SendGrid&utm_medium=Email

This could have something to do with the name of the zone, see https://philipshue.com/thread/routines-not-working-after-bridge-update/ also
