Phillips Hue Bridge Resets WiFi connection on my extender

I have a small but rather infuriating problem.
I just set up a D-Link WiFi extender on my living room to bridge my connection (I share my internet but I don’t have physical access to the modem). So, I connected the Phillips hue bridge to its Ethernet port to set up my lights. Everything works for a while but then out of the blue, the extender loses connection to the modem.
I have no clue why this happens and every time I re-configure my repeater and connect the bridge it happens again.
(I checked if the problem happened with the extender alone, it seems it only disconnects when the bridge is plugged in)
Can you help me stabilize my connection?
Thanks in advance!

This is weird. I have it set up the  same way and having no problem. I’m using TP-link, though. This to me sounds like a problem of the extender. I’d suggest to contact the D-link support.

Good luck!
