Most of the users face a problem when they cannot find all lights. The reason of this problem is that while setting up if light bulbs are out of range of the hub or maybe depending on where the bridge is positioned. You can move the bulb closer to hub to set up.
How to fix this problem:
- Open Philips hue app and select Settings option
- After opening setting option, add serial number option on the app.
- After that, key in the serial numbers of the bulb
- Click “OK” to connect the lights to the bridge.
