Switch doesn’t work

I bought two Philips switches.
Amazon clearly says that they can be used without a bridge

but how?
Echo Plus finds them, but I can not do anything.

I hold the power button pressed for 10 seconds near the light bulb (of course with the classic switch in the on position), but nothing happens.
I think I’ll have to return them…

Any solution?

Solved!!!
I had to turn the bulbs on and off several times to put them in setting mode

Now same problem with the Tap.

Without bridge (so, without app), how can I configure it with echo plus?
