unable to login to app or webpage for hur away from home to access bridge

Cant log in tried everything resetting bridge and modem.

 

all that happens is the login screen keeps looping. everything else lights connections etc work great.

 

all the lights are on on the bridge

 

any ideas?

Actually my issue is worst. I cant get the lights to turn off with app or google home

I’m getting the same loop, can’t update my bulbs, can’t connect them to Google home.

Just saw that they posted on Twitter:
